A graveside service for Bill will be held on Friday, Novemin Tower Hill Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. In addition to his parents & wife, Bill was preceded in death by his great grandson, Gavin Steed and sisters: Mary Emadine Smith & Lois McDonald. He enjoyed mechanical work and roller skating, so much so that he taught and did dance skating. He was also a member of the Tower Hill village board. Bill was a member of the Living Church of God based in Charlotte, NC. He was also the owner of an antique business, had auctioneered at the sale barn for Gordon Price & was a landlord, where he could always be found working on the houses. He later worked in fabrication at Trailmobile Corporation in Charleston. He was raised on a dairy farm, where he learned the value of hard work. Bill was a graduate of Shelbyville High School. Bill married Barbara June Osborn on Augin Shelbyville, IL and she preceded him in death on August 2, 2013.
